Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Annamaria's Kitchen. By accessing our website, placing an order, or participating in one of our classes or events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders and Availability
All catering orders must be placed at least five (5) days prior to the requested delivery or pickup date. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Our standard delivery day is Friday throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you require delivery on another day, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Certain products may be subject to minimum order quantities, which will be indicated on the product page.
Payments
Orders may require payment authorization at the time of purchase. Payment will be processed and captured upon confirmation of your order.
Prices displayed on our website apply to the items ordered at the time of purchase. In the event that modifications to an order are requested by either the customer or Annamaria's Kitchen, additional charges or adjustments may apply. Any price changes will be communicated and approved before they take effect.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of being placed and are eligible for a full refund.
If you wish to make changes after the initial 24-hour period, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however because our products are freshly prepared to order, refunds and cancellations outside the 24-hour period cannot be guaranteed.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests before placing an order.
If you have specific dietary needs, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to submitting your order to discuss whether accommodations can be made.
While we take great care in preparing our food, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Delivery and Pickup
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time and location.
If delivery arrangements need to be modified, including changes to the delivery address or delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
At this time, we do not charge a delivery fee for orders within our service area. Delivery policies and service areas may be updated in the future.
Photography and Media
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during baking classes, cooking classes, and other events hosted by Annamaria's Kitchen for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
By participating in these activities, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such materials. This policy does not apply to private catering events.
Product Presentation
As many of our products are handmade and prepared fresh to order, slight variations in appearance, decoration, and presentation may occur.
Website Content and Pricing
We reserve the right to update product offerings, availability, descriptions, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
